Dear users, ViDEO CLiPS has been re-released as VidLib.

Our iPhone, iPad and iPad mini version of the new VidLib app was today submitted to Apple.
Launch end of November.

Video missing after purchase?
We have had one user purchase a clip and nothing happened when he clicked download.
If this happens to you please email us at sales@vidlib.com with the video id and the size you purchased.
The above happens if the file is missing from the hosting server so an easy fix for us.

Download help
If you cant see your clips on the download page then buy it again (you wont be charged double)
If you cant download a purchase make sure you are on a wifi network.
If nothing happens or app crashes when you click download video please email us. (its happened once or twice that the file was not uploaded 100% so downloading it wont work )
Just email us the size you purchased and video id and we get is working for you in no time.
